1. The vehicle may only be used within the United Arab Emirates.
2. The vehicle may only be driven by the Customer or by an additional driver specifically approved by the Alhaydar Rent a Car and recorded in the Rental Agreement.
3. The vehicle is insured in accordance with Alhaydar Rent a Car's insurance policy and applicable UAE regulations.
4. In the event of any accident, damage, collision, theft, fire, vandalism, or incident involving the vehicle, the Customer must immediately notify Alhaydar Rent a Car.
5. In the event of an accident, the Customer must immediately obtain an official Police Report through the relevant authorities and approved applications, remain at the accident location whenever legally required, and provide Alhaydar Rent a Car with clear photographs of all vehicles involved, vehicle registration plates, the accident location, and all visible damages.
6. Failure to comply with the requirements set out may result in the Customer becoming fully responsible for all repair costs, losses, damages, recovery expenses, and any insurance-related liabilities.
7. Any insurance deductible or excess amount shall be borne by the Customer whenever applicable.
8. Insurance coverage shall not apply in cases involving driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs or narcotics, unauthorized drivers, illegal activities, racing, drifting, deliberate misuse, gross negligence, or violation of UAE laws.
9. The vehicle shall not be used for transporting illegal, prohibited, dangerous, or controlled substances.
10. The vehicle shall not be used for racing, drifting, speed competitions, performance testing, towing, or any similar activities.
11. Entry into deserts, mountains, race tracks, dunes, off-road areas, or other prohibited locations without prior written authorization from the Alhaydar Rent a Car may result in a penalty of up to AED 20,000 in addition to any damages, towing charges, recovery expenses, and losses incurred.
12. In the event of drifting, Alhaydar Rent a Car reserves the right to impose a penalty of up to AED 50,000 in addition to all damages, losses, towing costs, recovery costs, repair costs, and legal expenses arising from such conduct.
13. The vehicle shall be returned with the same fuel level as delivered by Alhaydar Rent a Car.
14. In the event that the fuel level upon return is lower than the level at delivery, the Customer shall pay AED 50 for each fuel indicator mark ("tick") below the original fuel level
15. The Customer is permitted a maximum usage of Five Thousand (5,000) kilometers per month; and any mileage exceeding the monthly allowance shall be charged at (AED 1) per kilometer.
16. Alhaydar Rent a Car reserves the right to verify mileage through the vehicle odometer and GPS tracking systems.
17. The rental charge includes normal scheduled maintenance, including oil and filter changes.
18. The Customer must return the vehicle to Alhaydar Rent a Car whenever maintenance becomes due.
19. Oil service shall be performed every Five Thousand (5,000) Kilometers; If the vehicle exceeds 5,000 kilometers without being returned for the required service, the Customer shall be charged AED 500 for every additional 1,000 kilometers or part thereof driven beyond the aforementioned regular maintenance limit until the vehicle is presented for service.
20. The Customer shall be fully responsible for any mechanical damage, engine damage, or maintenance-related costs resulting from failure to present the vehicle for scheduled service.
21. During scheduled maintenance, the Alhaydar Rent a Car may provide a replacement vehicle subject to availability.
22. The Customer is solely responsible for all traffic fines, parking fines, Salik charges, impound fees, towing fees, and administrative charges incurred during the rental period.
23. Returning the vehicle more than one (1) hour after the agreed return time shall result in a charge equal to one (1) full rental day.
24. The Customer shall return the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition and If excessive interior cleaning is required, the Alhaydar Rent a Car shall charge a cleaning fee of AED 500.

• The renter must hold a valid and recognized driving license and a valid passport with an Iraq visa.
• If the renter holds only national citizenship, a passport and a company guarantee letter are required.
• Minimum age for renting a vehicle is 18 years, with a driving license valid for at least the rental period. Maximum age depends on health and ability to drive safely. Age policy may vary by car category and will be clarified during booking.
• If more than one person drives the car, the company must be informed of the name and details of the additional driver. An extra fee of USD25 (or equivalent) applies per additional driver.
• The renter must pay the full rental fee in advance upon signing the contract and receiving the key. Delays incur fines determined by the team depending on the car and contract.
• The renter agrees to pay a deposit of USD200 (or equivalent) after returning the car. This deposit is refunded after 60 days if no violations or fines appear.
• Alhaydar Rent a Car is responsible for providing an operating vehicle in good condition and replacing it if it breaks down.
• Renter must check the car’s condition at the start and end of the rental with the operations team during the check-in/check-out process.
• Renter is responsible for returning the car in the same condition, accounting for normal wear, and liable for any additional damages discovered upon return.
• The car will be delivered with a certain fuel level, recorded in the check-in/check-out form. If returned with less fuel, you must pay a fine based on the difference.
• Additional fees apply if the car is returned in different conditions including but not limited to dirty, bad odor.
• Additional fees apply for smoking inside the vehicle.
• Renter is responsible for traffic fines or other fees incurred during the rental, even if reported after the rental period.
• The renter must keep the car clean and not remove or alter any company markings.
• Changes made to the exterior or interior of the car will incur a penalty.
• Removing Alhaydar’s logo can be requested for a fee.
• Late returns incur penalties: less than 2 hours = USD25 fine; more than 2 hours = full daily rental fee.
• In case of car issues during rental, contact roadside assistance (details inside the car, rental agreement, and emergency card).
• The car belongs to Al Haydar Rent a Car. You may not rent, transfer, or sell it. Prohibited uses include:
  • Carrying passengers for hire (taxi, etc.)
  • Driving on unsuitable roads (including racing tracks)
  • Transporting animals
  • Overloading passengers or luggage
  • Carrying hazardous items (explosives, flammable materials)
  • Participating in races, rallies, or competitions
  • Any illegal purpose
• Rental includes the car and necessary tools (fire extinguisher, first aid kit). Missing items upon return incur fines.
• Additional equipment (child seat, etc.) can be requested for a fee.
• Delivery of the car to a specific location is available for a fee.
• A driver can be requested for a fee.
• The rented car has basic insurance covering accidents and theft. Comprehensive insurance is available for an extra fee.
• In case of an accident, the renter must notify the company and not move the car until a police report or company representative is present. Otherwise, the renter bears all costs.
• Insurance is invalid if procedures are not followed; renter pays full costs.
• The renter bears all damages not covered by insurance or caused by misuse (driving under alcohol/drugs, illegal driving, etc.).
• Damages not mentioned in this list below are not covered by basic or comprehensive insurance.
• If renter is at fault, they pay up to USD500 or equivalent for damages.
• If other party is at fault: renter pays nothing.
  • With comprehensive insurance: renter pays nothing in either case.
• If accident causes total loss (car destroyed, airbags deployed): renter pays 20% of car value (calculated at contract signing).
  • With comprehensive insurance: renter pays nothing in case of total loss.

• In case of theft, renter pays 20% of car value (specified in contract).
  • With comprehensive insurance: renter pays nothing.

• If renter drives more than 3000 km, the car must be brought for regular maintenance. Delays in oil changes incur fines.
• Renter may not take the car to any workshop without company approval.
• If breakdown/accident occurs outside Erbil, renter must transport the car to the company at their own expense.
• If breakdown/accident occurs inside Erbil, the company provides a replacement car until repairs are complete.
• You must inform the team if traveling long distances to receive maintenance contact numbers.
• Traveling outside Iraq is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to disable the car remotely if used outside borders.
• If renter wishes to drive outside Kurdistan Region of Iraq, they must inform the company to issue a special driving authorization (via notary office) at renter’s expense.
